The vignettes within this autobiography come back to me over and over. They provide me with material to use as illustrations when trying to provide an example of what I mean about a type of behavior. The book also provided insight to me about what yogis go through, what their training is like. For anyone of Christian upbringing who is curious about Eastern religions, this is an easy read and provides information without raising hackles.
