| Using a variety of techniques ranging from focused thought to breathing and acupressure, the authors guide you through an emotional self-management (ESM) program. Both authors are clinical psychologists experienced in hypnosis. They have found in their own practices that the healing of anxiety, phobias, and other emotional traumas is often delayed because of energy blockages that can stem from polarity reversals in a person's electromagnetic field. It is both of the authors' experience that relief from chronic symptoms can be achieved when these blockages are cleared and that sometimes the relief is instantaneous.
