Sharing Wellness Info (.com) is the DBA, or internet name for the National Association of Health Education and Wellness, Inc. (NAHEW).  Sharing Wellness Info is an organization created in 2003 by Lyndy Kimball-Pacheco and Gail Coffey, two individuals who have a life-long interest in greater well-being and are striving to achieve and maintain optimal health.  Lyndy was injured in a car accident that changed the course of her professional life and was later diagnosed with fibromyalgia.  She took her wellness into her own hands, after traditional medical routes could find no cure, and today is vibrant, healthy, and excited about helping others find their own way to wellness.  Gail had a number of surgeries and then was diagnosed and treated for rheumatoid arthritis.  It was ten long years before she turned to acupuncture and other "alternative" modalities that have kept her surgery-free since and without any further rheumatoid arthritis indicators since 1986.  Gail is enthusiastic about helping people learn to stop being "patient" and become aggressive, well-informed proponents of their own wellness.

NAHEW was created so it could provide health consumers with up-to-date health education and information that informs, educates, supports, and empowers individuals to take responsibility for their own well-being. SharingWellnessInfo.com was created as the means to communicate interactively with consumers of health care and wellness.

We invite you to join us on a journey toward radiant well-being.
